Acceptance of the Terms Of Service is a legal binding contract between the client and Laagee Networks. Upon purchase of any Laagee Networks services/products you the client are agreeing/accepting to these Terms Of Services. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements made by Laagee Networks representatives that differ in anyway from these Terms and Conditions.

Description Of Service

Laagee Networks provides a fully functional website, web hosting, SEO domain name. Other services may include email addresses and SEO. All these services are owned and operated by Laagee Networks. Our services are a rental service for the client with special privileges.

The client may submit pictures or text content to Laagee Networks. By doing so you are granting Laagee Networks loyalty-free, nonexclusive, unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide license to do the following: Use, copy, change, adapt, sub licence, transmit, publicly perform or display any such communication. Laagee Networks also provides a SEO service to the our client. This service includes public displaying there name,logo and other information that deem necessary for SEO purposes on other websites. Laagee Networks can not be held liable for ranking on other sites. Laagee Networks does not guarantee the search engine placement of the website. Laagee Networks reserves the rights to deny service at any time deemed to be fit. This may happen due to violating terms of service, conducting illegal activities or if website has been considered to be to much of a maintenance intense website. For a website to be considered a maintenance intense website it would have to achieve more then 5% of hours in a weeks time consumed on maintenance(hours during inital setup, repairs and fixing errors not included).

The client agrees to allow Laagee Networks to display the clients name,logo and details about the client to other websites across the world wide web.

General Terms Of Service

Laagee Networks reserves the right to change these Terms Of Service at any time. The client agrees that it shall not hold Laagee Networks responsable for any and all liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including attorney's fees asserted against Laagee Networks, employees, and clients that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by the client. The client agrees to not hold Laagee Networks against liabilities arising out of:

• Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Laagee Networks
• Any material supplied by the client infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party and copyright infringement.
